5 Reasons You Should Stay at The Hotel Royal Madeleine in Paris

On the terrace of our hotel room at the Hotel Royal Madeleine

**Disclaimer: I did receive a room discount from Hotel Royal Madeleine in exchange for social media posts and blog posts.

When I was researching a hotel for Paris, I knew that I wanted it to be affordable AND beautiful. Luckily, I stumbled upon The Hotel Royal Madeleine on everydayparisian.com. The Madeleine is a stunning hotel and spa located in the 8th arrondissement of Paris.

If I took the time to talk about ALL of the things that I loved about this hotel, it would be a 5 part blog series. So instead, I’m 5 reasons you should stay at The Hotel Royal Madeleine the next time you visit Paris.

Location

View from our terrace.

The Hotel Royal Madeliene is conveniently located in the 8th arrondissement in Paris. If you favor walking (which is think is the best way to discover Paris) over Uber and trains, this is a great spot to be. My sister and I were able to find great places to eat and drink and we were only a 40-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower,

The Rooms

Our room at the Hotel Royal was beautifully decorated with unique artwork and decor complete with a gorgeous terrace! The room was beautifully designed to feel spacious, bright and airy. Before you go to bed, the wonderful staff will come to turn down your beds and leave you a little bit of dark chocolate on your pillow.

The Petit-Dejeuner

Paris is obviously known for their wonderful pastries and we had no shortage of them at breakfast time. I would say that breakfast at the Hotel Royal Madeleine was definitely my sister’s favorite part of our stay (she loves to eat good food lol). Fresh bread, and coffee along with a full buffet. SO good! The morning staff was so kind and extremely patient with me as I practiced my French.

The Royal Bar

After a long day of exploring Paris, it was nice to know that we could come back to the hotel and sit and chat while we had a glass of wine at the Royal Bar. I wanted to take their neon sign back home with me!

The Spa

My only regret with my trip to Paris is not making time for this hotel’s beautiful spa! My sister and I were so busy seeing the sites, that we forgot that we had access to this wonderful accommodation. But that gives me something new to look forward to when we return. There will definitely be more trips to Paris and especially to Hotel Royal Madeleine. I can’t say enough good things about this gorgeous boutique hotel. If you’re traveling to Paris soon, book a room today!
